We read everything that arrives, and we would rather hear about a problem than have a reader live with it. Get in touch about any of the following:
- Corrections. If an article is wrong, unclear, or out of date, tell us which article and what looks off. Corrections take priority over everything else in the inbox.
- Editorial suggestions. Topics you wish someone would explain properly, including the ones that feel too basic to ask about.
- Privacy requests. Access, deletion, or opt-out requests regarding your personal data — see our Privacy Policy for what we hold and how requests are handled.
- Advertising and technical issues. An ad that misbehaves, a page that will not load, or a broken link.
We aim to reply to ordinary messages within a few business days. Privacy requests are handled within the timeframes set out in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send account numbers, passwords, card details, or other sensitive personal information by email — we never need them, and email is not a secure channel.
We cannot provide individual financial, legal, or tax advice by email, and we are not able to help with disputes involving a bank, lender, or advertiser. For those, contact the institution directly or the relevant regulator in your country.
